At our clinics, we carry out the visual eye field examination without waiting times.
The Visual eye field measurement allows to highlight any defects in central or peripheral vision. It is useful in the diagnosis and monitoring of certain pathologies such as glaucoma, neuritis, and maculopathies. We also carry out the visual field examination for driving license renewal.
The examination is performed by an orthoptist, the only health professional qualified to perform instrumental examinations in the ophthalmological field. The result is submitted to the ophthalmologist who will give appropriate indications on the therapeutic strategy to be adopted.
